First two weeks were played in groups

The world was waiting for the first Oops!

with two giants we were going to miss

Round of sixteen then was played

Suspensions meaning changes to be made

Who were the media going to pick

One game ended with the last kick

Quarter-finals in front of large crowds

Vuvuzelas being blown super loud

Good teams then shown the door

Now we are down to only four

First semi-final looking done

A late goal scored making it fun

Second semi-final a bit of a bore

as only one team managed to score

Red and yellow cards meant to be

Refereeing mistakes for all to see

Final played under the lights
